As stated right your order status page, as well as in the shipping policies, orders can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive. Most orders arrive very quickly and on the earlier end of that timeframe, while others may need some more time, especially to more remote locations! 3.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can only cancel your order within the 12 hours after ordering, and that's only assuming it hasn't already been shipped. We begin processing orders VERY quickly here at DDLG Playground to speed things along as fast as possible.
Once we place the order with our supplier, we cannot go back. If it's been longer than 12 hours since you ordered, it's very unlikely that we can cancel it.
If we are lucky enough to cancel the order, we will charge an additional 15% handling fee, if the product is replaced, no fee will be charged.
So please, don't purchase frivolously! Shop sober, baby! ;)
4.I DIDN'T GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you actually placed an order, you absolutely did receive an email-it's automatic. If you're not seeing it, it's likely in your spam or junk folder, OR, you may have made a typo on your email address. If you think you made a typo when you checked out, just contact us via email and we will immediately correct it for you and resend your order confirmation. Rest assured that your order will be processed like normal whether you made a typo or not.
5.MY ITEM ISN'T TRACKING, WHY?

When the package arrives at the airport of the destination country and waits for the local post office to receive it, the logistics usually does not update. Generally, there will be a delay of 1-3 weeks (excluding special circumstances). When the next logistics information is updated, it indicates that the package has been received by the local post office and is waiting for delivery.
When the package arrives in different countries, the local post office's forwarding order number will be generated, 17Track will update and synchronize, and there will be occasional delays. The latest news can be inquired on the official website of the post office of your country using the forwarding order number (for example: the United States can use the USPS official website to inquire, and Australia can use the Australian Post to inquire)
